Tis an hour prior to midnight. Taken me many weeks to reach this space to start another journey with you Alex. My eyes now are a bit cloudy but I will try to read and make a few notes. Must be a glare to need wood protectors for the eyes like in the arctic circle. Not to have protection can cause blindness.
I’m very glad to have you reading. The eye protection is directly lifted from that used by northern peoples, but the reflected light off wet stone is taken from my experience of living in Orkney and the wet sandstone pavements there at certain times of the year. I do like to mix things like that.
Glad you mix. Wet surfaces slip. Like ice wear special shoes.accessories should be included or mail ordered. Find forms stuck in between lines or pages if this was a book. 📖
Yes! I have some ice grips for my shoes, which were so very useful for the two weeks around Christmas when the snow and ice hung around. I dug up some old hob-nailed boots not too long ago, which must have struck sparks wherever they went! Remarkable, just how many nails were on the soles.
Hooray! That’s good! I moved the time I sent it out, as I quite like the idea of people opening it to read on a commute in the morning, disappearing into my own little world for a time!
