Such an amazing adventure. Who knew that living life properly in tune with nature could be so captivating. It unleashes a yearning for nature, for connection with our environment that runs very deep.

It is a great pleasure, to be able to share this story with those who understand it, who get it which, from your words, you clearly do. There is a captivation and a deep joy which comes with an immersion in nature, one which I think can help many reset, aid them through all the horrors we are constantly bombarded with.

I’m so pleased that this is going to be a book proposal. I, for one, would want to read such a book. You write well and have a good story to tell.

Many thanks Iain, I’m very grateful for that. I’ve still got a bit of work to do on the proposal, then actually finding someone to represent me, but I do agree, there’s a story here, and one I believe could aid a lot of people.

Woot woot! So happy you are shopping the book around – I'm looking forward to its publication! Congratulations on another year of sharing this adventure. It was even more of a pleasure to read this time around.

Thank you my friend! That means a lot to me, I’m really glad you enjoyed it again! I still have a bit more work to do on the proposal (honestly, I suspect writing the actual book will be considerably easier than a proposal!), but hopeful it will be sent out before the new year.

It's fabulous that you are crafting a book proposal about your adventure. I think many people would get something from it on so many different levels. I will cross everything for you when it is submitted!

Thanks! I am still not happy with the proposal, but it’s getting closer to being ready to release into the wild! I do think the story is one which could have real meaning for readers, and also be potentially commercial enough to engage agent/publisher interest!

An amazing ‘adventure within an adventure’, Alex … that sense of ‘responsibility’ we feel when we are with loved ones in tense or tricky situations came across so well. It’s a book I want to read, for sure.

Thank you. Yes, it was one of those times where I felt like I had suddenly graduated to being the responsible adult, full of fear and worry about others. It’s about time I actually tried to sell this story, I think it would be something a lot of people could find useful, as well as being a good tale!
